Well, this is a novel experience. I have to say, this is by far the easiest way I’ve found of writing blog posts. If this test doesn’t quite come out right, then blame the Windows Live Writer thingy.

This third edition of the Place Names that Made Us Chuckle was completely unplanned. Matt and I were on our End to End 2008 training ride, and suddenly I spotted a Shingay cum Wendy sign! Of course, riddle with excitement I applied the brakes and suggested we turned round and travelled to Shingay to take a picture.

No, it’s not what you think

Whilst browsing the coffee section of Tesco, I came across something that I just had to try. Self heating coffee in a cup! Wow, this has to be a great long distance cycling idea, get some warmth, caffeine and diuretic into you all at the same time, without the fuss of stopping too long!

As Matt and I were sitting on the train today, (we were on the train because Jonny ran away when Matt asked for a lift (and we mean run, he ran like a headless chicken)) Matt said to me: “Woolie, there’s a pigeon on this train.” I was like: “Wow, for sure?” and he was like: “No shit!”. Anyway, as I looked back, sure enough there was a pigeon under the seat. We filmed it for hilarity.
